If you’re an Invite driver: Please note that this form is not for drivers who have received an Invite. There is a separate form for that which would have been sent to you directly. If you are an Invite driver and have not received your registration form, please contact us at info@keilorrc.com.au. If you are an Invite driver, do not use this form – otherwise you will be entered into the wrong class.

The Track:
As a brand new track was laid for the 2019 RCRA Nationals with minimal run time since that event, we will be making minor adjustments to the track to give it a fresh feel and level playing field for competitors.
Friday 7th February
Driver’s briefing: midday
Practice: 12:10hrs till 6pm.
Saturday 8th February
Driver’s morning briefing: 07:50hrs
Practice: 8am to 11:18hrs
Drivers meeting: 11:34hrs
Racing to start: 11:54hrs.
Trophy Presentation: 17:54hrs
Sunday 9th February
Drivers meeting:07:50am
Racing to start: 08:10am.
Final Trophy Presentations: 15:02pm

Juniors are not allowed to cross enter. They may run 4wd 13.5T Stock as a second class if they wish.
No cross entry for Stock and Mod.

Lipos will also need to be on an approved list, and charged in a lipo sack.
Voltage checks will be conducted randomly.
Stock motors are OPEN and must be on an approved list.
Tyres are open.
Refunds
Withdrawals prior to the close of entry will be entitled to a full refund. Where an entrant withdraws after this, they shall not be entitled to a refund. The event is deemed “open” when any competitor commences practice, not specifically the entrant. If the event is cancelled by the committee prior to official practice opening to competitors, entrants will be given the option of a refund. Once official practice commences (Friday 12 pm), refunds shall no longer be available.

Under-cover pit spaces will be allocated to interstate guests via request on the entry form. Victorian drivers are asked to please bring their own shelters and chairs.
